Field Service Manager, Nick Dahlberg joined the Atlantic Westchester family in June of 2002. As a graduate from Local 638 apprentice program, Nick was able to jump into action at Atlantic Westchester and over the last two decades has proven to be a huge asset to the company through his advanced technical skills of complex HVAC systems, strong leadership, customer service expertise and ability to set and reach budget goals. As a Technician, Nick excelled in service, installs and controls. He was then promoted to Service Supervisor where he went above and beyond responsibilities to set a higher standard in the position. Most recently, he was promoted to Field Service Manager to mentor Service Supervisors and Technicians among other responsibilities. Nick plans on continuing to grow with Atlantic Westchester for many years to come. In his personal life, Nick is a proud husband and father of one-year-old and three-year-old boys. He as aspirations of his sons joining the AW family as well on day.
