ATLANTIC WESTCHESTER NAMES JESSE ALLEY AS GENERAL MANAGER

Atlantic Westchester, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC solutions in the NY metro region, today announced that Jesse Alley has been promoted to General Manager. Jesse previously served as the company’s Director of Service Operations.

“After three years of being a part of the Atlantic Westchester team, I am thrilled to be taking on this new leadership role,” said Jesse Alley, General Manager of Atlantic Westchester. “I look forward to continuing to support the company’s mission of making buildings smarter while providing the highest quality service in the industry.”

Jesse has come to know Atlantic Westchester very well over his three years at the company. He began in 2020 as a Service Dispatcher and was quickly promoted to Service Manager later that year. The following year, Jesse was named Director of Service Operations, a role he has held for the past two years. Prior to working at Atlantic Westchester, Jesse managed his own contracting and construction business and held a variety of managerial roles at both Lowes and Water Treatment by Culligan.

In his new role as General Manager, Jesse will work to implement management strategies for the betterment of both employees and customers of Atlantic Westchester. With more than a decade of management experience, his goal will be to positively impact Atlantic Westchester’s success by focusing on three key drivers: excellence in customer satisfaction, strategic and tactical operations management, and dedication to employee engagement. Jesse seeks to implement training, motivation, and morale-building programs that will continuously boost the performance and engagement of employees. His own boundless energy will serve as a powerful force for the continued success of not only the company but of each individual team member as well.

Outside the office, Jesse focuses on family, spending quality time with his wife, Melissa, and their four children, doing anything from hiking in the country, sightseeing in the city, or fishing on a lake.
