June 22 is National HVAC Tech Day, a time to celebrate the skilled professionals who keep commercial and institutional buildings running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. From complex mechanical systems to everyday maintenance challenges, HVAC technicians are essential to performance and comfort.
Today, we’re spotlighting David LeRow, a technician with nearly 30 years of experience and a strong legacy of leadership, mentorship, and hands-on expertise.
Nearly 30 Years of Dedication
“The one thing I love about working here is the other employees I’ve worked with and the leadership that has guided and taught me my craft. The owners have been like a second family since I’ve worked here for almost 30 years. My coworkers have been great, and I love passing on my knowledge to the younger ones.”
David’s long tenure is marked not only by technical skill but also by a strong sense of teamwork, loyalty, and commitment to helping the next generation grow.
A Memorable Project in NYC
“The most interesting project I have worked on was in NYC at the Brill Building. The customer had gutted a whole floor, and we were hired to install all the HVAC equipment. We had to install a multitude of different equipment. It was a great learning experience where I had to do a large amount of planning piping runs and mechanical room layout.”
This project stands out not just for its scale but for the level of strategic thinking and system coordination it required.
Recognizing the Work Behind the Scenes
On National HVAC Tech Day, we celebrate the professionals who power the systems behind every comfortable, energy-efficient building. Technicians like David keep things running; with dedication, integrity, and decades of experience.
Thank you, David, and thank you to HVAC technicians everywhere.
